RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Can I return an artwork?
We want you to be completely satisfied. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for online purchases, provided the artwork is returned in its original condition and packaging. Please contact us before returning any piece.
Are there any artworks that cannot be returned?
Commissioned works, personalised orders, or pieces sold under private sale agreements are non-returnable.
How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel before dispatch, contact us immediately. Once shipped, standard return procedures will apply.

How long does delivery take?
UK deliveries typically take 3–7 working days. International shipping times vary depending on location and customs clearance. We’ll provide a delivery estimate once your order is confirmed.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the artwork’s size, weight, value, and destination. You’ll receive a full quote before dispatch.
Is my artwork insured during delivery?
Yes. All artworks are shipped under comprehensive insurance coverage until signed for at their destination.
Can I collect my artwork in person?
Yes. Collection can be arranged from our London location by appointment only. Please contact us after purchase to schedule a time.

Yes. Every artwork sold by Optima Contemporary is guaranteed authentic and accompanied by the appropriate documentation, such as a certificate of authenticity, artist-signed proof, or gallery provenance.
Do you provide provenance details?
We provide full provenance information wherever available. For secondary market works, details are disclosed confidentially upon request.
Will my artwork come with a Certificate of Authenticity?
Yes. All works include a Certificate of Authenticity issued by the artist, publisher, or Optima Contemporary, depending on the piece.
